ACS37100LMATR-025B3 TMR Current Sensor Compact Carrier -25A to +25A, 3.3V
This is the compact version of a simple carrier for Allegro’s ACS37100LMATR-025B3 TMR-based, electrically isolated current sensor that offers a high 10 MHz bandwidth with high accuracy, low noise, and typical response times of 50 ns. The typical primary current path resistance of the sensor IC is 1.2 mΩ.

ACS37100 datasheet (2MB pdf)
Note: This version of the datasheet incorrectly states that the fault output is open drain when the IC really has an integrated 10 kΩ pull-up on that pin, and the voltages listed in the VOC table on page 14 are half of what they should be (e.g. 100% is 1.322V, not 0.661V).
